2 ten ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli (or equivalent fresh)
6 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 ten 3/4 ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 t. curry powder
salt and pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup soft fresh bread crumbs
2 T. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 11x7" casserole dish with Pam.

Remove the outer wrappers from the boxes of broccoli. Open one end of each box. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until thawed. Drain the broccoli and put in a casserole dish. Add the shredded chicken.

In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper. Add the wine and whisk together to make a sauce. Pour over the broccoli chicken mixture. Mix together.

Place the mixture in the prepared casserole. Pat down evenly and smooth. Combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes.
