1 seven ounce can crabmeat (drained and flaked) or use fresh
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 three ounce package cream cheese (softened)
1 egg yolk
1 t. minced onion
1/4 t. mustard
salt
3 English Muffuns (split and toasted)
2 T. softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir crab and mayonnaise together and set aside. Beat together the cream cheese, egg yolk, onion, mustard and a dash of salt until smooth. Spread butter on toasted English Muffins. Divide the crab mixture among them and top with the cream cheese mixture. Broil on a cookie sheet, 5-6 inches from broiler until the top is golden, about 3 minutes.
