3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sifted flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 cups rinsed and well dried bluberries
topping (recipe follows)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter together thoroughly. Stir in eggs and milk. Sift together four, baking powder and salt. Stir into the creamed mixture until well blended. Carefully fold in the blueberries. Spread the batter into a greased and floured 9" square pan. Sprinkle with the following topping:

1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 cup softened butter

Mix these together to form crumbs. Sprinkle on cake top and bake at 350F until firm, about 40 minutes.
