2 pounds stew beef cubed
4-6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1/2-3/4 of a one-pound bag of baby carrots
1/2-3/4 of a one-pound bag of frozen pearl onions
2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Cover bottom of a 9x13 pan with 1 can of Golden Mushroom soup. Put potatoes, beef, carrots, pearl onions and mushrooms into pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with second can of Golden Mushroom soup.
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 3 hours. Serves 4-6
