"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
In blender beat eggs. Add lemon juice and water and mix. Mix sugar, flour, and salt into the egg mixture and blend. Put this mixture in saucepan and cook over low medium heat till mixture has thickened. (I take a wire whip to make it smooth, can get lumpy) Cool. When cool, add the Cool Whip to egg mixture and blend together. Put the drained fruit in a large bowl and cover with the Cool Whip mixture. Mix together and add the marshmallows. Let stand in refrigerator over night.
