4 Pork chops
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the pork chops. Put pork chops in large pan, then pour the barbecue sauce over the chops making sure some goes under the chops. Cover with foil and in a 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Then take cover off for last 1/2 hour so sauce can thicken up. Baste the chops with sauce in the last 1/2 hr every 10 minutes.
