2 sticks butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
1 heaping teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mash butter and oil together. Add sugar and cream well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each egg. Add milk. Add flour gradually. Add vanilla and lemon extract. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake in a 350 preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
