Two-Crust Pie Recipe
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup lard
4-5 TB cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the 1 cup lard and cut into the flour mixture until crumbly. Add the cold water and stir with a fork and then mix with your hand until the dough becomes a ball. Add enough of the water and bit more flour until the dough is not sticky and can be formed into a round ball. Place on a floured surface and cut in half. Roll out each half for the 2 crust pie.
