3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
Pinch of salt
Butter
Powdered sugar
1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Butter a 9 inch glass pie dish. Combine the beaten eggs, milk, flour and pinch of salt and beat until smooth. Pour the mixture in the pie dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until well risen and golden brown. Remove and serve with sprinkled powdered sugar and lemon wedges drizzled on top. Eat while hot!
