1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 TB vinegar
1 TB sugar
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cucumber into thin slices (do not peel). Place in a bowl. Mix the sour cream, vinegar, sugar and fresh dill in a bowl and combine with the cucumbers. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
