1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
3 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in a medium sauce pan. Cook and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it has reached boiling, beat with an electric hand mixer for 5 minutes while it remains boiling on the stove. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, and remove from heat. Cool and store in the refrigerator. Chocolate will thicken as it cools.
