1/4/ cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 pounds beef round steak trimmed
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 lbs fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup red wine
1 garlic clove minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour salt and pepper. Cut steak into serving-size pieces; dredge in flour mixture, Brown steak pieces in a Dutch oven. Top with celery, onion and mushrooms. Combine beef broth , cream of mushroom soup, garlic and wine. Pour over vegetable. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender.
