1 yellow cake mix

Filling:
1 3/4 cups sugar
16 oz sour cream
12 oz frozen coconut

Frosting:
1 cup filling (above)
1 (9 oz) carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake yellow cake mix as directed on package in two layers. Allow to cool and then slice so that you have four layers. Mix filling ingredients and place between layers, saving one cup for frosting. Mix one cup of filling with Cool Whip and frost top and sides. Refrigerate for three days in air-tight container or covered with Saran wrap.
