1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 (14 oz) bag Kraft caramels
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 cube of butter
1 cup nuts chopped (pecans are great)
12 oz bag of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix as directed on package. Pour half the batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake until done. (20 min @ 350) Meanwhile, melt caramels with milk and butter over low heat or a double boiler. After cake cools, about 15 minutes, pour hot caramel mixture over cake Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Pour remaining batter over mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
