4-5 chicken breasts, cooked & boned
2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until almost tender, drain. Arrange in 9x13" pan. Cube chicken & put over broccoli. Combine soup & mayo, pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine bread crumbs & butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Optional: sliced mushrooms or slivered almonds can be added if you like.
