8 large boneless chicken breasts
3/4 pound chipped beef (small pkg)
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 to 8 strips of bacon
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 dish with chipped beef. Arrange the chicken on top. Cover the chicken with cut bacon strips on each chicken breast. Mix sour cream and soup. Spread over the top. Bake uncovered at 275 for 3 hours. Serve over rice.

This dish can be prepared on Saturday evening, kept in refrigerator, and placed in the oven before church on Sunday. This is the dish most often requested at my house for birthdays or holidays.
