18 oz Lemon Cake Mix
4 Eggs
3/4 C Vegetable Oil
1 1/4 C cold Water
1/2 C Poppy Seeds
large box of Instant Vanilla Pudding
Topping:

1 can (21 oz) Lemon Pie Filling
8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Bake at 350 in a greased 9 x 13 pan for 35 minutes. Cool. Spread lemon pie filling on top of cake. Frost with Cool Whip. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
