Ingredients:  
1 cup peanut butter
1 stick butter or margarine
2 to 3 cups confectioners sugar
1 - 12oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine and add peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Mix well. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Melt the chocolate chips and cover the top of peanut butter mixture. Chill and cut in pieces. Keep refrigerated.
