Ingredients:  
1 cup Minute Rice
1 can tomato and green chiles (8-oz)
1 can water
1 chopped onion
2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter, when onions are soft add the minute rice and cook and stir until rice is brown. Add the tomatoes and green Chile and water. Mix well. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand till moisture is gone. Serve hot
