Shredded cheese (cheddar)
Cracker crumbs
Onions (chopped)
eggs
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed cracker crumbs with flour. Mix eggs with milk and stir. Keep the two mixtures separate. Roast chiles and peel , Put on was paper, slit down the middle Place shredded cheese and onions in middle and fold sides back together. Dip in egg mixture and then cracker and flour mixture. Place in hot grease and brown on both sides. Drain and eat.
