1 lg. bag of baby spinach
walnuts to taste
1 c. or more of sliced strawberries

Dressing:
1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil (canola or other)
1 tbsp. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the spinach, strawberries and walnuts together in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients well. Pour dressing onto salad just before serving. If the dressing is applied too much in advance, the spinach and strawberries will become too soggy. Toss and enjoy!
