1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
6 split chicken breasts (skin on or skinless)

Heat oven to 400. In a 13" x 9" baking pan, melt butter in oven (5 - 7 minutes). Meanwhile, in 9" pie pan, stir together all remaining ingredients except chicken breasts and milk. Dip chicken breasts in milk and then coat with flour mixture. Dip chicken in butter and place skin side up in pan. Bake chicken for 45 - 50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown.
