6 boneless chicken breast 4 eggs Italian bread crumbs 1 - 16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce spaghetti (cooked) 2 c. mozzarella cheese cooking oil
Beat eggs and dip chicken breast in eggs. Dip in bread crumbs and place chicken in skillet and brown on both sides. Pour spaghetti sauce in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Place cooked chicken on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over cooked spaghetti and top with mozzarella cheese.
