2 T butter
1 lb shrimp (raw, 21-30 size), tossed in flour, excess shaken off
6-8 button mushrooms, sliced
1/4 C chopped green onion
1 C chicken broth
1 t dried basil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt, black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter and add shrimp. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, cook 2-3 minutes. Add green onions, cook 2-3 minutes. Pour in broth, cook just to heat thru. Take off heat. Add basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve over angel hair pasta.
