1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar

TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, butter, and brown sugar together and pat in a 9X13 baking dish. Bake in a 400 oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat eggs, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla together. Pour over cooled crust and bake 15-20 minutes in a 325 oven or until brown.

This is one of our favorite Christmas bar cookie. If you love coconut and nuts, you will love this chewy cookie!
