4 C boiling water
1 t salt
1 stick butter
1 C grits
1 pkg bacon cooked to crisp and crumbled (save about 3 tablespoons of fat)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese; cut into small pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1 t garlic
Cajun seasoning; to taste
1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first four ingredients; add cheese and bacon fat. Cook until cheese melts.
Remove from heat and add eggs, garlic, Cajun seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into 2 quart glass baking dish and bake at 275* for 1 hour. Add grated cheddar cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
