1 cup brown sugar
1 cup molasses
1 cup butter
2 tsp baking soda
3 TB hot water
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
4 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and chill for about 2-3 hours. Roll thin on a floured surface and bake in a 325 oven until brown.
