Shepherd's Pie Recipe

1 T vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 T minced garlic
1 lb ground beef
5-6 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 C milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated cheese

Heat oven to 350*.
In large skillet, saute onion, pepper and garlic. Add meat and brown. Mix in soup and milk. Pour meat mixture in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Put mashed potatoes on top.
Cook until top of potatoes begins to brown.
You can also use instant mashed potatoes
