1 T vegetable oil
6 pork chops, cut 1/2" thick
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C water

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, over medium heat, cook chops in oil with onion for 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup and water. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes until tender.
