Soul Dog Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe was created by Adam Teague, Owner, Soul Dog, Poughkeepsie, NY. Soul Dog substitutes this mix cup for cup for wheat flour, except in bread recipes. These are WONDERFUL, they taste and look just like those "other" ones.
