3/4 C Bisquick
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1 can evaporated milk
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Butter spray
Chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*.
Mix Bisquick and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in evaporated milk; roll in cheese mixture. Place in baking dish, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spray with butter. Bake about 1 hour.
