1 T olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 T garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag Marie Calendar's cornbread; prepared as directed (uncooked )
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375*.
In large skillet, saute onion, pepper and garlic. Add meat and brown. Mix in soup and milk. Pour meat mixture in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Put prepared cornbread mix on top. Cook 30-45 minutes or until the cornbread begins to brown.
