1 boneless pork loin roast
Canadian Steak Seasoning (from Sam's Club)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the roast with the steak seasoning. Cover the meat well, all the way around. Roast for 3 to 4 hours at 325 to 350, uncovered for the first 30 minutes or until the top is browned. Cover and continue to roast until the meat can be shredded.
When done, shred and remove any fat, both from the meat and from the juice. Keep shredded pork in juice and serve on buns with your favorite BBQ sauce.
