1 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 - 1/4 cups flour
1 - 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix salt, baking soda, and flour together and mix into the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
