2 - 8 oz. cartons plain yogurt
1 tsp. rum extract
1 - 3 oz. pkg. low-cal vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 cup frozen light whipped topping, thawed
Bite sized pieces of fresh fruit such as pineapple, apple, mandarin orange, strawberries, grapes, etc.

Directions:

In medium bowl blend yogurt and pudding mix. Stir in pineapple and coconut and rum extracts. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 2 1/2 cups
