1/2 head cabbage, cut up
1/2 frozen peas (tiny)
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
Bean sprouts (optional)
1 pkg crushed Top Ramen noodles
1/2 C sliced toasted almonds
2 T toasted sesame seeds

1 flavor packet from Top Ramen
2 T sugar
1/2 C oil (canola or olive)
3 T rice vinegar
1/2 t salt
1/2 t white pepper
Ginger powder
Garlic powder
Mix all in a jar

Mix first 5 ingredients (bean sprouts, if adding them). Just before serving, add the next three ingredients and dressing. Toss lightly.
If using as a main meal, top with diced cook chicken.
