1/2 head of lettuce, torn & dried
3/4 C celery, chopped
3/4 C onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen peas, uncooked
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the above ingredients and “frost” with a mixture of: 1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Hidden Valley salad dressing mix. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Toss just before serving.
