1 1/2 lb. ground beef, uncooked
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
SAUCE:
1/3 cup catsup
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, rolled oats, and chopped onion together. Add beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well and pack firmly into loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over uncooked loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Let stand five minutes before cutting.
