12 Eggs, beaten
1 C Evaporated Milk
4 oz can Mushrooms, drained
1 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 C Butter, melted
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
6 slices Bacon, fried and crumbled, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 7 x 11-inch baking dish with Pam. Stir all ingredients together; pour into baking dish. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
