2 C sugar
6 large eggs
1 large can evaporated milk
1 pint half and half or 1 can condensed milk
1/4 t salt
2 t vanilla
4 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given.
For fruit flavors, omit 2 cups milk and the vanilla and add 2 cups crushed bananas, pineapple or berries.
For chocolate, omit 2 cups milk and add 2 cans of Hershey syrup.
(Larger freezers may need up to six cups milk)

My son, Ryan, is our ice cream maker. He makes really good banana but the peach is pretty good, too! He usually has to make 2 freezers when we make it.
