For each artichoke:
cup bread crumbs
cup grated cheese
1 tsp parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oil
water

Directions:
Directions:
Turn artichokes down and press to open leaves. Trim tops of leaves with kitchen scissors. Wash artichokes and drain well. Trim stems and put in water. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley. Stuff each artichoke until it is about double in size. Place inch of water in a saucepan. Add garlic and stand artichokes in the pan. Make sure they fit tightly. Pour oil over the stuffed artichoke evenly. Cover pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer. Check occasionally, adding more water to pan if necessary. Check done-ness by pulling a leaf. If it is easily removed, then it is done.
