1 lb ground beef
1 head lettuce ( you can use bagged )
2 c Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can dark red kidney beans
tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
1 bottle Catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning and cool completely. In large salad bowl, mix lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and well drained beans. Add cooled meat on top. Before serving, crunch up chips. Sprinkle on top. Add dressing or serve on the side. Toss
