1 large of yams. 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup each butter and water 1/2 tsp salt
Put in dish or pan yams. Pour syrup over potatoes by bringing to a boil, the brown sugar, butter, water and salt. Bake in 350 º oven for 30 minutes basting occasionally. Sprinkle marshmallows over yams if desired.
