3 pounds London Broil, 1 to 2 inches thick
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
6 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1/8 tbsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Score the meat. Crush garlic cloves in oil. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, pepper and oregano to garlic and oil and mix well. Apply mixture to meat and marinate 3 to 4 hours. Broil approximately 15 minutes on each side for medium rare. Slice meat in thin strips and pour remaining juice over meat before serving.
