4 medium potatoes, baked
1 can (6 oz) crabmeat
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light cream
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
4 tsp grated onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Cut thin lengthwise piece off top of each potato. Scrape out potato insides. Whip butter, cream, salt, cayenne, onion, and cheese with an electric mixer. Add potato and mix thoroughly. Fold in crabmeat. Refill potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Reheat for 15 minutes.
