Maraschino Cheery Juice is a good moisturizer for fruit cake. Simply wrap cake with a cloth soaked in the juice than store it in a tight container or plastic bag and let it mellow. The cake doesn't mildew or spoil because of the benzoate of soda in the juice.

It also adds a rich, delicious flavor to the fondant for cherry chocolates or powdered sugar frosting. Have your tried adding maraschino juice to apple salad? Yummy!!!
