Potato Flakes
Chicken pieces (skin removed)
Pam or another cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Brush chicken pieces in ranch dressing, roll in potato flakes and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Spray with Pam just prior to baking to make extra crispy.
