10 large eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoonful salt
8 slices thick bread cubed
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pound cooked pork sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with mixer or whisk. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly. Spread mixture in 9x13 pan sprayed with non stick spray. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a 350 oven for 35-40 minutes.
