1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tsp. salt

ADD TO TASTE:
pepper
garlic powder
oregano
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in a large bowl. Refrigerate for several hours while the mixture sets. Form into balls using an ice cream scoop (1/4 cup) and wet hands. Place on cookie sheet and broil until browned. Turn several times while baking to get evenly browned. Place meatballs into spaghetti sauce for an hour of cooking for best flavor. Good for spaghetti or meatball sandwiches.
