2 packages Simply Potatoes hash browns
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream (can be fat free)
1 can cream of chicken soup
crushed cornflakes mixed with melted butter on top.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Put into greased 9 x 13 PAN. Top with crushed cornflakes mixture. Bake at 375 for one hour.
